Training & certification
A capability the institution owns is one its own people can run. Training is how that becomes true, not aspirational.
Attendance alone never confers certification.
Most vendor training produces a certificate for having been in the room. It is pleasant, it fills a line in a program plan, and it tells an institution almost nothing about whether its people can operate the system under pressure.
Certification here requires a practical assessment against the deployed configuration. That is a slower and less flattering process, and it is the only version that means anything when the person holding the certificate is the one on shift at three in the morning.
Taught by role, not by product
Operators
The people using the capability daily. Collection, tasking, casework and the authority model they work inside, taught against your configuration rather than a generic build.
Analysts
Fusion, provenance discipline, working with cited AI output, and producing assessments that survive review by someone looking for the gap.
Administrators
Identity, entitlement, policy, deployment, backup and the offline procedures that matter most when nothing else is reachable.
Oversight and audit
How to read the record, what the audit surface will and will not show, and how to establish whether an action was within authority.
Trainers
Train-the-trainer, so the institution can teach its own intake after we have gone. This is the one that determines whether the capability transfers.
Taught against your system, not a demo build
Your configuration
Labs run against the deployment your people will actually use, with your policy model and your data shapes, not a vendor sandbox that behaves differently.
Practical assessment
Certification is earned by doing the task under observation. There is a pass and a fail, and a fail means more training, not a quieter certificate.
Recertification
On a schedule, and triggered by material change to the system. A certificate from two architectures ago is not evidence of anything.
Train-the-trainer
Your instructors are qualified to teach the next intake, which is the difference between a capability you own and a dependency you renew.
Exercises
Scenario exercises against the live capability, including degraded and disconnected conditions, because that is when procedure fails.
Delivered where you are
On site where the deployment is, subject to the same export-control authorization that governs every other form of technical assistance.
Training is orderable on its own.
You do not have to have bought the platform. Institutions frequently engage us to train against a capability they already run, including systems built by somebody else, because the workforce problem outlives the procurement that created it.
Where the system is not ours, the assessment stage establishes what can honestly be taught and certified against it before anything is scheduled.
